GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. This rate replaces the preceding ones and becomes effective upon receipt. The prices indicated in our rate do not include taxes.

2. The items included in our catalog may undergo minor modifications without prior notice.

3. Monge Promociones reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities of the orders to make them multiple of the basic packaging of said products.

4. Returns of the merchandise will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.

5. We will not accept returns of marked merchandise whose marking or handling you have not made
Monge Promotions. Unless agreed, the freight returns are borne by the customer.

6. The merchandise travels at the buyer's risk and expense. Through your usual agency or our agency
with freights charged in invoice Monge Promotions will send the goods to freight paid in the
following cases: In orders of net amount without personalization expenses (without VAT) it exceeds 800 euros
Shipments will be made by our transport agency (standard service 48/72 hours for items without customization). For the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, transportation will be an exception. These conditions are applicable for orders with a single delivery address (in case of multiple addresses please consult). When an eventual degradation of the merchandise or packages is detected, the customer must, at the time of receipt, record the necessary reservations on the delivery note of the carrier.

7. Payment methods:

Customers without an open credit line:

Unbranded orders: Payment in advance before leaving the merchandise.
Branded orders: 50% advance payment when placing the order, and the rest before leaving the
commodity.

Usual customers:

According to agreed conditions.

8. Markings

The photoliths of the brands that Monge Promociones makes remain in deposit for 1 year or will be

Returned upon request. For originals sent by email or CD, the recommended file type is
Vectorized drawing / layout, the most optimal formats (in order of preference):
FH, AI, CDR, vectorized PDF, EPS. Please convert texts to curves to avoid working with
